    never in my life have a considered buying a honda.
    Well you have missed out on probably the most relaible cars and motorcycles made with the best manufacturer support. And the Vtech and Ivtec engines are some of the most sporty around in small cars .

    Honda even replaced the door window switches on my 2006 Jazz a couple of years ago because some nupties were drenching it in armor all and causing a short. That was on a car 12 years old!
    They replaced the airbags promptly no hassle.

    Compare that to LRs handling of front suspension bushes, crankshaft failures ( AFAIK in Korea they replaced them so why not in Oz), inlet manifold failures and so on ad infinitum, D5s sound like an absolute nightmare.

    I Had a big failure with my Honda 900 Hornet when I dammit had to replace a headlight bulb.
