Why the Vic Health officials are more concerned about the present variant of the virus, than before. Now there is " stranger to stranger " spread. Just a brief contact between complete strangers has been seen as enough to spread the disease. There are at least 4 instances of transmission such as brushing past each other in a small shop, or looking at phones in a Telstra shop. From inqld.;
