Fortunately the state governments seem to have ignored them and required it anyway. Should be a standard requirement for anyone, I reckon, as part of workplace health and safety.
My former employer said vaccinating against influenza cost less than having people go on sick leave, plus it protected staff against kids bringing in diseases and infecting others.
