48 years ago in the Howqua valley they appeared, my old man said don't worry they're just smelling salt, then he explained why.

In some places I've done fish surveys the EC is so low (when I do the water quality) there is pretty much no salt in the water, which comes off the land.

They would have made a bee line for an old salt like you Bob.

The cases I know of personally came from kids that were at kinder or school who took it home and infected the parents.

You're right.......... it might not 'enter' school grounds but somehow it can exit them.

We are so far into the pandemic and vaccination program that everyone who wants a vaccine, no matter their age, should have access to one immediately. There are vaccines going to waste all over the country due to double bookings, no shows and hesitancy.

Opening borders to international travel would counteract vaccine hesitancy immediately and cause a vaccine stampede… obviously the system couldn’t handle it right now, but why is this not the ambition?

is there something we’re not being told about AZ? Because the risks are so low (apparently there’s more chance of dying in a road accident and yet car driving hasn’t been banned), yet the vaccine slow down as a result of changing age categories seems ridiculous, knee jerk, or some kind of deliberate strategy to slow the vaccination rate?

PM announced after National Cabinet that anyone under 40 will be able to have AZ and the Commonwealth will indemnify GPs to give it.
This is a good move I think. Let's just get it done ASAP.

Yes good move, but what about the conflicting ‘health advice’ that AZ now only safe for over 60’s?? PM has indemnified doctors but patients are totally confused by the mixed messaging that goes against health advice.
