Police Road Blocks & the full bit. The only people allowed in are essential workers.
Burke shire is pretty big so you can still go for a drive or out bush but the Police are patrolling & stopping people to check where they are going.
This is a good thing, we don't have the Virus & this may just keep it out of our district.
My only thing is who knows when I will next see SWMBO & the kids in Cloncurry.
At least we have phones & internet usually & I have work to keep me busy.

One last trip to town tomorrow to get a few essential items and a fuel run to the depot and we will be "Hunkering Down" for the nexr 2to3 months [thumbsupbig]
No fishing or travel of any kind for the next few months which is heartbreaking But you have to do what you have to do in this situation to keep yourseld AND others safe unfortunately..

Unless of course they are coated with some form of disinfectant,but i doubt it.
Thats why everything has to be washed as soon as possible.
I noticed local shops have hand sanitiser near the entrance doors now,so you can sanitise hands before you get to the car.
Those reusable bags from Coles,Woolies, or where ever, would need washing as well.
Or use new ones each time,they are only 15c each.
