The CSIRO cracks the genetic code of the SARS - CoV-2- virus. Not a vaccine yet, but getting a better understanding of the beast.

I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking

Coronavirus adds another dimension to the delivery of humanitarian aid. Check out this video of a RAAF aircraft delivering aid to Vanuatu after the recent cyclone.

Apologies, my computational skills (?) preclude me from separating that from the blog.
    Read that. Thanks.
The UK figures don't include people who have died undiagnosed in about 2000 aged care homes, so their death toll is much larger than it appears, which is already bad.

I see on TV last night that 20% of people tested in the USA are positive, compared with just 1.6% here in Oz.
Also said the infection rate is rising sharply in those states where people are demonstrating for the social distancing restrictions to be removed.
One poster held by a protester said the woman would rather be free and risk being sick. How dopey is that!
This is one of those times when I thank God I wasn't born in the USA.

Sort of proves the point doesn't it? When they get to 7 weeks in isolation they'll have summat to whinge about.

Coronavirus latest. Europe reaches 1 million infections while Spain & the Netherlands both see a drop in infections. Slowly turning the corner. Except for the USA.
