Found some flatter ground to ride a bike yesterday. Bike path/walking track was a little busy. One lady I had to waited behind to pass. I declined for social distancing and also riding to try and lose the little pot I now have. ISO life is tough. 9 months not running /walking is adding 10kgs. I am still below my 30 year old weight.
