If regions are shut down when there are community outbreaks and Covid-19 kept away from the greater population, then I doubt we will get even close to 30% unemployment

the other thread should be back after a bit of a cleanup

regional lockdown is not the same as a total lockdown. sorry if i didnt clarify that before.

all im saying is a total lockdown will have consequences. are you willing to accept that?
