The biggest pandemic in 100 years has notched up another milestone: a million deaths around the world.
The death toll hit 100,000 in mid April as the virus took hold in Europe, and 500,000 in late June.
We have missed a bullet I think. Those few who bring up we have not killed as many as another illness or two have a very blinkered view of the macro world health. We could have been as stupid as some countries. We are still the Lucky Country in my opinion [biggrin]
