Yes, discussed on the news a few minutes ago. The investigation is starting with looking at the communications between the ship and the various shore authorities and the communications between them. They are talking about bringing the ship into harbour to allow investigations on board, and they are also planning to question passengers.Quote:

I read an analysis this morning. It made sense. Many of those now locked down used to go to work and dump there. Work hours #2 = work toilet paper. Now we are all in lockdown the demand for smaller domestic size #2 wrappers has increased to a large extent.Quote:

Yes, I already knew about the flour bags, and had guessed about the toilet paper issue.
