Train the populace to WANT to be "controlled". - Wait for the 'mask in the open' edicts and draconian penalties for non-compliance.

Sounds more like an orchestrated attack on the sovereignty of this nation.

But traces of virus have turned up in North Richmond and Camden sewerage treatment plants.
There hasn't been any known cases out the Hawkesbury/North Richmond way for months if at all?
