Yes it was, & on another perusal, demonstrates the wisdom of not necessarily following on from others posts.

What is not mentioned here is just how many thousands of people have lost their jobs from this industry. A lot of them are from places like the Philippines, where they have no prospects of work at home.

LOTS of interesting tidbits in that link, like two scientists who found life just too difficult. Sadly.

And, another good reason to re-think mask-wearing edicts.... PPE on our beaches... as one team in Cornwall picks up 650 plastic gloves and 250 face masks | Daily Mail Online

Sourcing them is hard enough, where do we SAFELY dispose of these thingd, saturated with the DEADLY virus. ?

My GP hands them out, the standard blue issue, they may be washed with methylated spirits, then cold water and small amount of detergent, then good to go again.

The vegan Dream with Covid 19 cases early on has one crew member in Port Hedland Hospital and the fully loaded ship has left Port and is anchored of the coast outside WA jurisdiction with further crew members testing positive , looks like it is a Federal issue now as to what happens next the ship cant return to port fully loaded .

Ships coming to Australia with the virus is becoming a bit of a problem .

Saw an article today somewhere where a hell of a lot of cruise ships are being broken for scrap & fittings although god only knows what they will do with the fittings. Build new/SH ships I suppose, one day.
