I'm confused!

My brother in Houston, Texas, sent me a text this morning - with a picture of his vaccination certificate. He has just had his second shot.
Reported in the news this morning that the asthmatic who had the nebuliser declared it on entering quarantine and twice asked if it was OK to use it and was even offered extra Ventolin if required. No wonder Andrews expressed a reluctance to "come down heavily on a bloke in intensive care" yesterday.

So the Age snuck into intensive care and interviewed him ....
FYI, the asthma nebulisers I've seen have fitted face masks and shouldn't be spraying aerosols all over the place, since you don't release them until you've completed the dose and at that point you turn them off. And, as he said, the more common thing is to use a spacer that wouldn't create the same issue (a spacer is a large bottle like thing that you puff the Ventolin into and suck out of until the dose is done).
He might be more than 5k away from Costco. And buying for other people as well.
NB, it is a current photo - see the dates on the board?
