They are nearly as bad, but perhaps more excuses due to the high population density. Is it a coincidence that both have populist leaders? Perhaps not - there are a number of other European countries with figures not too far behind the UK, and while some have populist leaders, not all do. And looking round the world it is easy to find countries nearly as bad as the US and UK, its just that we, at least in the English speaking world, expect these two countries to be leaders in science and medicine.

In truth, it is the countries doing relatively well, such as here and NZ and Taiwan and a few others that are the exceptions. The world as a whole is not doing well with this pandemic.

Unfortunately J1 that was the thinking here at the beginning of OZ's Pandemic. Lovely? Not.
Both "Leaders" have a lot to answer for, ie. Troppo Bo-Jo seemed to treat it as Fun thing to play games with & didn't appear to have a clue until the **** hit his fan.

No doubt the UK Residents/Voters (those who are still living) will remember


As for trump, what a bloody disgraceful shower he has turned out be. I think most of us could have told them that on Day1. He apparently wants to visit Scotland on Inauguration Day to play golf at one of his two courses. She has told him he won't be coming to Scotland. A childish & petty attitude of trumps if I ever heard one. He appears to have not made any attempt to face up to this disaster one iota. I hope he fries in hell one day.

Scomo has been criticised over some things but as far as I am concerned he has tried to do his job & thankfully that is why we are at a fairly good point with Oz's situation. Too bad he has been surrounded by some idjits & the Me Mees.

Scomo has done little.

Other premiers have done the really hard yards and somehow scomo takes the occolades

He is the Captain of his ship & all others are equally 1st Officers & so long as he looks after his Crew he'll do me, but it does get a little crowded up there at times on the Navigation Bridge.

ive been reading a book about sept 11. when i was watching some footage of sept 11 and there was an interview with him. he was so much better spoken back then. could form multisyllable words and coherent sentience's. (unlike this one)
