No. You get the rabies vaccine after you get bitten, not after the symptoms develop. At that stage it does not help. Rabies has a much longer incubation period - there are no symptoms until it reaches the brain, where symptoms from covid-19 start from the respiratory tract, which is where the infection is introduced.
