I see that the Victorians are locking up the poor people in their public accommodation towers - no leaving when your home, yet those that can afford to have their own homes are in isolation but still allowed to go to work, go to the shops etc but if you live in one of the towers you are guarded by 500 cops.
I dont think this is going to end well.

I don't think they are "locking up the poor people" - they are locking up the occupants of two out of a number of these towers that they have found to have a large number of cases, and they have reason to believe that multiple residents have been exposed.
