Now, the news no one wanted to hear. 3 residents at a Sydney aged nursing home have tested positive to covid. The residents have been vaccinated, and the outcome is looking positive, but this came from unvaccinated workers.

I’m pretty sure the dinosaurs died out when they stopped gathering food and started having meetings to discuss gathering food

A bookshop is one of the only pieces of evidence we have that people are still thinking

Maybe if the shops were actually closed people might stay home instead of going shopping and spreading the virus.
Indeed…what lock down? …and without JobKeeper, employees are not going to stay home either. …the Australian Covid19 lockdown rebellion has begun.

…the fantasy of an endless gilded cage existence is over.

I think I read that the three were vaccinated, so I would expect that the severity would be very low?

Two staff tested positive. Why aren't federal aged care workers vaxed?

I reckon you are still wearing Beach Shorts from Summer. Don't forget the weather has got colder more recently & lack of movement in front of the screen will do that.

    Don't ask.

Umm…not enough Pfizer vaccines? Poor AZ communication? Overworked underpaid aged care staff? Incompetent federal vaccine roll out? Gilded cage complacency? Australian government classist egotism? …Oh, all of the above?
