				No.  As JDNSW has said above, the 'rest of the world' as you call it, is only just beginning to live with Covid19 because more than 50% of their populations are vaccinated EG: USA / UK, but they are still seeing high infection and death rates.  Vaccinations don't necessarily prevent you from getting Covid19, but they are largely preventing people from becoming so unwell they need to be hospitalised. EG: UK infections are rising, BUT hospitalisations have dropped to relatively low numbers.
Only when Australia reaches more than 50% fully vaccinated (2 doses) can 'living with it' even begin to be considered.  
The actual 'rest of the world' including, India, Brazil, most of Africa, etc, are not living with it, they are dying with it - due to low numbers of vaccination.  Anyone who thinks Australia should 'live with it' now is asking for the same outcome as these un-vaccinated countries.
			
		 
	 
 yes the US.UK are at 50% rate. rest of the world, about 25% have had 1 dose. so your reasoning for opening up doesnt add up.
