    every so often , coles pulls it off with some really good meat, in this case for my traditional xmas eve bbq.

    some fantastic looking eye fillets , came off a huge tbone and the butcher was just putting the porterhouse cuts out off the same tbone

    can you believe that the fillets were actually too large for the connoseur?

    so I bought the eyes at an almost eye watering price , I'm glad I did and so were my friends and rellies.

    just wish I had bought those porterhouses too....

    steak loves salt , salt loves steak , real hot plate , turn every minute blow the whistle after 4.....in my case ring the bell, an old train bell actually .....to indicate 1 minutes peace, then into it.....even my wife commented,,,,she said yum

    Wow that steak sounds absolutely delicious!!!

    The old girl had a full professional detail this week!! I am unable to really do it myself too easy these days, especially washing the car.

    Celebrated 10 years with the disco with some sand 4wding and day out at the beach yesterday.
    Also tried to get my powerchair bogged and thought I finally had and then it climbed out The COVID-19 & Corona free thread.
