Is this an attempt to hide the numbers? Moree Mayor, Katrina Humphries, expressed concern and said the decision was " very disappointing.". It puts fear into people, and just because big urban areas may be out of the woods, it doesn't mean regional areas are ".
There may be an excellent reason for doing what they are doing, but it obviously hasn't been communicated clearly. There were also concerns about delays communicating information about school outbreaks in Sydney. A Randwick Public school student tested positive on Wednesday, Nov. 3 , but an official notice wasn't issued until after school on Friday. To top it off, Delta mark 2 has been listed as a virus of concern in India. I can assure you no one is feeling miserable in QLD, and I'm sure you can't blame us for wanting to keep it that way. Considering the fact delta made its way from NSW to Victoria, and NZ, and Qld [ thankfully short lived] you must be aware any attempt to hide case numbers in NSW makes people nervous. I'm just stating facts BTW, not stirring any pot.
