5 new cases that contracted it last Sunday and have all been out and about since then. To even stand a chance we need to hope those people were as diligent and are as cooperative as the initial case in using the QR code tracing app and helping the contract tracers.

Consider the situation in the US atm. The rise in daily new cases is still exponential as they exceed 200 thou per day.

Way worse than any other wave. At least it looks like the mortality rate has come down from one in sixty to around one in a hundred or so.

Keep in mind Worldos gets real data daily, which some states are 'slow' to supply and generally gets past days cases / deaths updated in an upward direction in the days that follow.

Just shut the doors. On the phone with the gov vax supplier cvas re possible delay to 14/1 from 7 jan[bawl] the kicker with this is they ordered the 200 only kids vax. I booked the kids for what they said they would supply!

Happily or sadly just advise the news is OTHER People are now stuffed not me[wink11]

In my opinion the "Let 'er rip" "Crash & burn" decisions are made because they know not what else to do, except throw hands into the air.

But they do have to come back to "work" when the Hols are over & face up to it, although I suspect not much will have changed in the interim.

This is not based on any medical opinion by me, nor probably them also. [bighmmm]
