Nothing protects you against covid apart from your own immune system
The vaccine is to stimulate your immune system to give you a better defence against the virus it is designed for
If you are healthy, have no underlying conditions and have a good immune system, you shouldn’t need the vaccine as originally described by my doctor, why he doesn’t publicly (or privately in a consultation) advise this has me thinking (maybe I should bring it up in the “conspiracy theories” thread but I have a feeling my post would be removed), his stance now is very ………… scripted.
I believe I am relatively healthy, I don’t go out running daily but with my work I feel I do enough to keep fit, I can still outrun most of the apprentices and tradies half my age.
I don’t have any underlying conditions that me or my doctor are aware of, apart from general aches and pains of getting old (after having races against the younger ones to prove a point).
My immune system works well, in my line of work I come across dozens of people daily, many of them have god knows what ailment, the apprentices come into work sick, work with them all day and I don’t catch their sickness even though it takes out their whole family.
I eat well, drink even weller (is that even a word) and **** just as good.
I may get a runny nose or a cough for a day or two, but not sick enough to have a day off work
I have customers who get there flu vaccine every year and have to have a week off to get over their jab. The covid jab gives them two weeks of grief every time they have it!!
When I first seen my doctor he told me what the side effects could be, have they changed??? (I think there is more possible side effects than what they say)
I still believe I’m better off without the vaccine
If you being vaccinated, can still catch and transmit the disease, why am I letting the country down not being vaccinated.
In your mind you are protected from covid (

), so how is it I’m a bad person for not being vaccinated.
Their are many health professionals around the world who are have the same beliefs as me (I’d attach some proof but it would cause this post to be removed).

Statistics can be manipulated however the person writing them sees fit and for every statistic making unvaccinated look bad, there is another making vaccines look bad.
I am not an “antivaxxer”, I, as with every other decision made in my life, take in as many views, theories, stories and as much evidence as possible and make my own decisions.
Good, bad or whatever I decide, it’s me that ultimately pays the price.
If the someone tells you that you have to jump off a cliff to save your life (and be allowed into a bottle shop)
Would you jump??
