Interesting in Hong Kong. Vax rate in over 60s is rather low and the death rates from BA2 is rather high! BA2 rates here in oz seem to be doubling daily with mostly 80%ish covered by effective vaccines? China Sino vax cover in China and Hong Kong may not be holding up as well?

So BA1 BA2 may only be a bit of a PITA for vaccinated? And rather a lot more deadly for the I know better crew or those unable to get what is freely available here?
Sadly it looks like China is joining the chaos in Hong Kong with it spreading like mad in China now. With vaccine and covid testing sites closing rapidly at present due to low demands. I assume a heap of vaccines heading to the bin from unused government defrosted stocks it may be hard to help the well under 20% who may have left it too late here. Few of us will order replacement with the low demand. Hopefully we get a single dose option soon which might avoid the mass waste likely if not. Pfizer adult is 6 dose vials. Kids in 10 dose vials. Take one dose out and the rest is tossed if not used in a few hours.

Its an after effect of having Covid infection study with a really bad issue flagged!
The study group are the same types used for a very good study between Pfizer and Moderna last year. I suspect most are fairly fit and not likely to have other issues the rest of our community would have ??? I have not seen or heard anything here in Australia on this thank god!

Covid is done and dusted it seems until it changes or goes away? with more and more people mixing and schools in particular seeing significant hits on both students and teachers ( and families.....)
The POMs chaos as they all lined up to escape was possibly able to be forecast. A un-vaccinated qld political type taking sheep drench had me chuckling ( hope he is ok).
Today is Booster 3 or 4 for over 65 if you want it. 4 April is start date for ...... Yep your guess is as good as mine. Do I add 10, 100, 1000, 10,000 vaccines to the fridge is a question all over Australia in vaccination centres and some of your Doctors places.
The misinformation conspiracy crew are oddly still active now. A guy vandalising near my place with ANTI posters was prepared to argue before I said "remove and leave or Police and Council called". He left- honestly he was huge- twice my size at least. I would have happily got him harassed by Council for littering or just taken the posters down myself
In other news "Man in Germany Gets 90 COVID-19 Shots to Sell Forged Passes A 60-year-old man allegedly had himself vaccinated against COVID-19 dozens of times in Germany in order to sell forged vaccination cards with real vaccine batch numbers to people not wanting to get vaccinated themselves."
Not about the people paying to get a "forged vaccination cards" How about the man with 90 covid vaccines. His 5g reception and tales of his certain death due the poisonous Covid vaccines had me laughing( he is ok as expected )
Other Vic medical news is return to normal surgery levels plus 25% to catch up. 2 years of catch up at 25% make it 4 years I guess. Good to get started for many waiting in a lot of pain or issues of course.
Those fearful of getting a vaccine might have to ignore the gent with 90 doses? Choices are fine. Cheating is off imo.
