no idea, but they aren't being hypocrites like nsw and blaming everyone but themselves so the care factor is zero

What are the blaming statements being made? I may be a bit sheltered but all I'm hearing are statements about how NSW is going to open up when they have sufficient numbers of people fully vaccinated. Most of the other noise is from other premiers saying that they aren't going to open up and if that is the way it falls I'd imagine that borders will be closed for a very long time. The NSW premier is saying that there was an agreement in National Cabinet to begin opening up at 70% vaccination and if the other premiers change their minds then there's little to be done about it.
Like I said I might have missed her blaming other states because I haven't been listening to the news conferences but I haven't seen any quotes on here either.
Also its not like NSW has a choice.......

Its looking like international borders will open on a state by state basis once 80% of people over 16 have been vaccinated in each state so no one is going to force interstate borders to open other than the Australian public......

You obviously see different reports than the rest of us do - at the meeting of 27 Aug all Premiers reaffirmed the National Plan based on updated advice from the Doherty Institute, emphasising “caution” in lifting public health restrictions once 70% of the population over the age of 16 is vaccinated. - if they did not agree they should not have reaffirmed their support.
The National Plan looks flexible to me and still gives options based on the circumstances at the time but appears focused initially on easing (not removing) restrictions for vaccinated people.

Of course this is the viewpoint according to a politician at the meeting so best to treat with caution. [emoji48]
This is what was then officially published:

The wording is a bit different to the news briefing above and does not specifically mention state borders - just “domestic restrictions” being eased and then removed for vaccinated people.
Key points to note: in addition to the overall targets being achieved across Australia, each state still needs to achieve the targets within their own state before they would move into the next phase.
Also note the use of words like “measures may include” and “subject to change if required”. This is not written in stone.
That appears to have begun already here today, well it made the Ch.. 7 1800hrs news
The Winery, "Bird in the Hand" Woodside seems they won't serve Winery & Food services to you unless you have been vaxxed. Shame really, they make a lovely drop. [bigsad] No idea what source of OK they need, they didn't say.
Last week we could see this was on the cards generally, so have photo-copied the "Certificates" we were given at the times of our Vaxxes & keep those in the wallets.
