A lot of Social Distancing going on there. NOT.
Most Government businesses have implemented measures that separate staff across floors or campuses allowing for work to continue in the event that one zone has an infection. ACT close contacts of a case must isloate for 7 days (if fully vaccinated). Its extremely unlikely that the PM would be a close contact of a Greens staffer.
Information for close contacts - COVID-19

The pollies like to talk about living with covid and getting back to normal.

A lot of people over the last couple of years have found a new normal that includes more personally important things.

This includes bike riding, which some haven't done since childhood, but have re-discovered the joy of it.

Lots of things have changed............ cafes in CBDs will probably suffer because people can work from home and don't want to waste 10 hours a week commuting to an office.

You may find these links and charts useful. Watch Out! Too Much Vitamin D can be Toxic: The toxicity debate (Pt. 2) - GrassrootsHealth

I've managed to lift mine to 196nmol/L, or c. 80ng/ml in Funni-Munni... Still want higher.

But get tested first as everyone responds diFfERantlY. - However, as a RofT, anything above 4,000 IU is going to be useful as a daily supplement.
Also, K2 is usually advised, to keep calcium in your bones, not in circulation & artery walls. Some formulations contain both.

(Israeli life-guards discovered high rates of kidney stones, attributed to them being shirtless all day,,,, unlike our Slip-Slop-Slap wusses here in Oz....)

Good luck with finding a reasonably priced supply of over 1,000 IU. For 5K or 10K, you'll need to use the online / American companies. Or Evilbay...

    Vitamin D3 10000iu High Strength 10,000iu 3 x 365 Bottles Tablets Vit D Tabs UK | eBay for example.

It is alleged..... that a high enough level will virtually guarantee nothing worse than 'Man-Flu' for even the most DEADLY covids...and having below 17mg/ml is virtually certatin death.... Which makes a suggestion of '20mg/ml' = "Normal" look ????

Living in the ACT we tend to follow what happens in NSW. NSW went into lockdown, the the ACT went into lockdown, NSW came out of lockdown then a week or so later the ACT came out.

Masks were relaxed in NSW and in the ACT masks were relaxed and only required in health facilities and public transport.

Yesterday I drove up to Newcastle and on arrival needed to go to the shops. Checked into Coles but then noticed everyone had masks on but not me - at the delicatessen I asked the server if I had done something wrong and he said that he should know but did not know if I needed one - bought about $50 worth of stuff, went through the checkout and no said anything. Hmmmm me thinks, I have been norty.

Back at my mums I check the regs - yep masks still required indoors if not your own house - yet in the ACT only required if in a health facility or public transport. No one asked me about a mask which I thought was odd.

However after thinking about it I guess the retail workers are worried about being abused if they challenge anyone - if I asked about the mask it would have been fine but no one did. Just highlights how having a system that relies on untrained retail workers to apply the rules is not workable - no one challenged me.

Also highlights the nonsense of having different rules across different jurisdictions.

Also the latest advice from Prince Harry is wait for it....... "If you are unhappy in your job, change your job."

That could make sense in normal times but not now, Ginger.

Another stupid remark while Covid is still an issue & while it is alright for him with plenty of cash behind him,I guess he isn't the one steering the boat.

Due to the odd bit of violence by some folk when challenged/reminded about Mask wearing I suppose people are slow in coming forward in case they get one planted on their nose or worse. I thought that is what "Covid Marshalls" were for & being an employee they at least would/should have the protection of their employer.

Maybe they really do need personal protection like a couple of .45 cal six shooters hanging off the belts in true Marshal style & a Winchester on the saddle of their horse in the Lunchroom?

A droopy Viva Zapata Mo could tidy up the image. Oh & maybe having one eye.

Have never seen a CM challenge a customer yet & suspect they live in the tea room out the back somewhere never to be seen.

My choice for future Covid Marshalls would be SAS semi retired, all tooled up.
