Sorry if this is in the wrong place. I could only find a dedicated site for videos.
This is a works vehicle about to enter the Eastern Suburbs Railway, on the 1st of March, 1979.

If you don't like trucks, stop buying stuff.
Earliest days of LPG conversions, with roof-mounted LPG tanks. What could possibly go wrong?

Series 3 was available in Australia with a 2.25 petrol or diesel 4, early production 2.6 petrol 6, and later 3.5 petrol V8 or 3.9 Isuzu diesel 4. (The V8 effectively replaced the six.)
Defender was originally only available with the 2.5 Tdi 200 diesel. Between Series 3 and Defender was the Landrover 110, similar to the Defender. In Australia it was only sold with the same V8 or Isuzu diesel used in the late S3.
Note that the 2.5 petrol and diesel engines developed from the 2.25, and the turbo 2.5 were never sold in Australia. Nor was the Landrover 90 nor the Defender 90 until about 2000.
