Roving Mechanical is still stocking the APT equipment, with stock still coming in.

Maybe just the shopfront has been shut down for APT, and they manufacture in batches on demand?

    What happened to APT Off-road?

Likewise Rova Range Automotive in Victoria have some stock available, and have more stock on order. They just can’t confirm when they expect to receive the next batch from APT.

Sorry for the resurrection, but this thread seemed the most appropriate spot for this.

Anyone know what’s happened to APT? I was about to jump in the car to go have a chat with Ben about new seats for my 110, when a Google Maps search revealed they’re permanently closed. The phone is disconnected and the website goes nowhere. What a shame! Any ideas what’s occurred and whether there might still be a way to make use of Ben’s amazing skills?

I thought Ben was focusing on his core business, maybe he's changed premises. His core business was repetitive for a single client.

There was another thread about this recently. I’ll try to find it.

Found, these posts moved and merged.

Hi All. APT still exists, it's just in a new format. Our products are still obtainable through Roving Mechanical, Rova Range and KLR. You're in very safe hands with all 3 operators so don't go out unprotected and do yourself some mischief. Keep adventuring, stay safe and have fun. Cheers Ben

APT make a very nice steel binnacle for Defenders to replace your broken plastic one.
