    Yep. Annoying them ain't going to achieve anything except make things worse, to the point where she will want to move because of the unpleasantness/intimidation.
    As it also could devalue her property in the event she wants to sell, it must be sorted all legal like.

    Vlad I can PM you a number for good solicitor in Noble park if thats anywhere near her as I agree that if you do anything to annoy them it will make things much worse.

    I had a similar situation (Bad neighbour) in Mt Ev and it took repeated police visits and council ranger visits to sort out a solution.

    It took all the neighbours to complain to council before they would do anything though.

    The other option is that you send a couple of legal letters warning them that if nothing is done to rectify the problem then contractors will come in and remove the wall and the land fill behind it to return it to how it was or she can get a fence built and bill them through council, most councils can charge them for it in their rates at an exorbanant interest rate.
