Hi Bazz, welcome to the site and please let us know how you get on with the build. I notice you mention body lift, but even hard-core recommendations for Rovers are for cutting the bodywork not lifting it. On any moderately sane tyre there is plenty of clearance front and rear if the outer body panel is cut back. It also saves a lot of engineering. There were factory fitted 9x 16s (34 inch overall diameter) with only suspension mods on standard (uncut) bodywork.
