    AAMI

Had no grief when I rolled the DI off a bridge, no arguments/discussions, paid out the agreed value in less than a week.

DII about $500 fully comp. Rating 1 for life.

Shannons are dear. Also a chap from work rang them for a quote on his pride and joy HZ wagon he has spent a lot of money restoring. The told him the market value was $X and then wanted to charge him a premium that was almost as much as the market value. it didn't make sense

Checked your link and DGA are insurance brokers and they insure with CGU if you read the print it says'...

    not to mention agreed value...
Just check with Suncorp, as when I was insuring the camper (which is now with Suncorp) they dont cover you in 4wd parks, everywhere else but NOT in 4wd parks, as that doesn't matter to the camper I went with them for now but he Disco is insured through DGA brokers Australian 4wd policy underwritten by CGU, they cover all accessories everywhere you can drive legally track or not except for competition. And they were cheaper than TCIS through the 4wd Association.

suncorp, hmmm, i have no such limitation on mine i know of. i asked a box load of questions when i went with them.. might be a new thing, have to watch it at renewl time. doesnt suprise me as a lot of them are starting to really enforce the gazetted track condition to work their way around paying out from 4wd park incidents. i have my camper with a camper/caravan insurance mob, name escapes me at the moment, i tried suncorp but their coverage sucked rocks at the time, maybe they have woken up to themselves.

about to do the defender so will ask around again...

    SGIO
And have been for 23 years.
They have been very reasonable with quotes and the odd claim.
Was with them for contents till we bought this place, the house is currently insured thru the bank but need to talk to SGIO again as 2 vehicles compehensive usualy makes for very good house insurance discounts.

    I'm with AAMI - $507 for $26000 on the P38A.

NRMA want $1100 for the same cover.

I was with TCIS but it went to $1300 a few years back so I moved to AAMI.
