If so, bad luck, for the base urethane material is made in the same...place...that 'all' urethane base is made.... from which we make soles of work boots, shoes.. plastic rubber on things like binoculars, all outer sheath of cables on aviation headsets...
    And your radio.

Bring back cloth covered cabling !!!
I could see yet an other disaster looming in one form or another.

Ron probably awakens in the Morn thinking "What won't I touch or purchase today or should I stay in bed, but hey, I'm still breathing already"

That has to a good start to the day in anyone's language.
Perhaps he should change his name to Errol.
    Cheers, Billy.

Obviously you had someone to help you pee.
If you don't like trucks, stop buying stuff.

A friend of mine's nickname was called "Dick B......" when at school. Never did find out the reason, although I did share a room with him regularly when in the Army Reserve.

    He kept it well concealed.

No idea & I wasn't aware that was his nick name until training had finished & then only because I read it on an old link he posted trying to contact old school mates in the UK.

I only knew him as Sluggo.

The mike was replaced by Oricom because the outer sheath on the curly cord was falling off.
I also had the cable crumble on an Oricom, but mine is a model they don't make anymore, so no spares.
