    I paid $1.31 for a tankfull today(shell) the BP roadhouse was $1.33,didnt bother checking the Caltex,its always the dearest and they bitch about my dog sneaking down there to scab chips off the tourists,the bugga is down there at the moment,was last nite too!!!!!

    Here in sunny Broome I paid $1.45 for diesel today.
    In Kununurra a fortnight ago it was $1.57!!!
    When we travelled through the Territory in April we filled up the car and 4 jerrycans at Katherine Woolworths $1.19/lt this gave us the touring range to get to Alice Springs. We did the same at Alice $1.23/lt and this covered us doing the loop through the West Macdonalds to Uluru/rtn.
    On the way home we did the fillup at Katherine and put in $20 at Fitzroy Crossing to garentee getting home to Broome.
    So we saved some money @$340.00 on fuel just planning ahead for long distance driving.

    diesels $1.47 a litre in Karratha, seen it as high as $1.62 just before xmas at the same servo.
