G'day All, Interesting a Land Rover from Africa fitted with a steel roof and a 'Helio hatch' to boot, need some pix to show my friend Graham, I think he had one similar when in Rhodesia or somewhere yaers ago, anyway welcome to AULRO, cheers Dennis

The original configuration of the helio hatch is unknown, currently its a sun roof type thing with a piece of perspex in the hole, I guess it would have been a hinged lid or something, i had a bueatiful old 1941 ford 1 ton ute which I restored from a rusted pile of nothing into a very rare machine, she had the hatch in the roof, I had to part with it, the things u do for women!
