    well yes and no.... it clearly says DRINKING ANY alcohol is illegal... transport through the communities is completely legal, but only limited volumes -that's what I meant in my previous post...

    agreed, it doesn't say if the limit is per person, per vehicle or per group of travellers...

    but this really affects poor buggers that live in the prescribed areas and have to state where they will drink the alcohol when they buy it - that's a tough one to follow!
