    This was in the D1,, and yep, seats out.
    no smell at all from the steel ones.
    covered it all in an old doona, stacked bags on top of that,, made up an extra long syphon hose and used the rear window.
    easy peasy.

    Everything I hear about Browns from users and shops is that they give a lot of grief.

    I chose LRA for mine 150litres, and was very happy with it until the main started leaking and the aux cracked the chassis. The rear most mount on the aux is mounted to a point that is just not designed for any significant load and the chassis just cracks straight around the mount. Looking at the design I can just about guarantee that any of these that are used for offroad touring will crack their chassis, and this can be insepcted by removing the bumper and checking inside the chassis rail.

    I'll get around to replacing it with a OOT/ARB 166 litre unit which uses strong body mounts.
