The 94 soft dash Classic or MA series (as designated by VIN number starting SALLHAMM3MA) actually does have traction control on the rear wheels as well as the viscous coupled centre and it works quite well.
The air suspension can be completely overhauled for less than $1000. You should plan to do this as a matter of course.
The other things you have mentioned are just rats and mice.
Sounds like a good deal to me.
