I think Ian hit the nail on the head and i showed a mate that transports our work machines around and he says it certain looks like a loader that came off in transport, but how it ended up like it did he is scartching his head.

My theory is -
1~Trailer detatches from towing vehicle.
2~Trailer brakes imeadiatley apply, stopping said trailer wheels suddenly.
3~Tractor falls off, bucket digging into bitumen.
4~Skidding trailer catches up to rippers preventing flipover.

But I could be wrong
