Here is my County to Tray conversion.
http://www.aulro.com/afvb/projects-t...y-upgrade.html
The isuzu power utes only came as 120". If you want to know about them ask 4bd1discovery, he has 4. One of which is factory turbo, was something that was done fairly late in the piece i believe.
If you search through the vehicles for sale there is a rolled isuzu county in there, perhaps that would be ideal for a ute conversion?
Dan.
84' 120" ute - 3.9 isuzu.
So he is.Well his family must have them. He was going to send me a picture of the turbo one but never did, now I know why, I was easily distracted when i was 16 too.
Thing is he said it had a 5 speed, not sure on the durability of that combination.
It would interesting to know what the story with them is, you would be a very lucky person to get your hands on one though.

All the 4x4s were na (4bd1), all the 6x6s (civvie and military) were turbocharged (4BD1T). I have never heard of a factory turbo 4x4, but I wouldn't be surprised if someone at JRA bolted one together for the hell of it.
One-Ten Countys were made from 1984-1990ish.
120 utes (not countys - as they didn't have county trim-spec) were made from late 1984 on.
The LT85 (5-speed) is fine is you look after it. Mine lasted 240k km until it needed a rebuild, and has 100k km on since then and shifts/feels like new.
A conversion from a wagon to a ute is VERY easy.
Thanks for all your coments
I saw that one for sale but i think its probley a bit beyond me to convert it with damage
I'd probly have a go if i had plenty of moneymabe for my second landrover
That cab exstention loks good! wish i had the skills to do that
