    ideas around the gateway brissy

    Does anyone know of any taverns or pubs, very close to the gateway bridge in brisbane? I mean close in terms of only just off the main drag

    Hey Josh

    The Royal Mail Hotel at Tingalpa has been revamped.

    The Royal Mail Hotel

    Its on Wynnum Rd just off the gateway mwy, the last exit before you get to the gateway bridge.

    I haven't been there since the reno, but I heard it is quite good.

    the pinkenba....don't think its open at night

    whats at toombul shoppping centre, must be something there

    if close means walking distance....dont think there are any

    kingsfordsmith dr at hamilton there is one or maybe two,cant remember what they are called....a bit further along is the brekky ck,but they arent real close to the bridge

    umm.....theres always the royal qld golfcourse....if you want something to eat or drink , its sorta under the bridge on the north side

    pub, club, tavern, beer garden... that more relaxed sorta atmosphere
