    I did say that " Different tattoos do send different messages" plus I put the caveat "in my industry".

    This guy is unemployable in any workplace that takes EEO seriously due to the swastika and he would have known that when he got the tattoo (or else he is an idiot, actually eother way there is a pretty good chance of him being an idiot).

    If I was hiring for sales or front-line customer service then probably not but depends on your industry and customer base.
