Because she doesnt like the way your tyring to cook dinner your partner grabs then swings at you with the fry pan in the kitchen then runs out of the house, you lock the doors so she cant get back in.
She breaks 3 doors with a shock absorber trying to get back into the house.

Its your fault shes got an AVO because you called the cops.

I'm beginning to think the road rage incident was my bull dozer moment...

I'd like to think I handled it well.

    Some brief

The business I started because I was bored is doing well, It could probably be better but Im not taking it too seriously and with some crap that gone sideways recently Im kind of thinking maybe I should just go get a job as a tyre monkey or a hose fitter where I can just zen out and do the simple simple parts of my job that I really enjoy.

Ive moved twice in less than 6 months.

The updates on the funny stuff in my life havent been coming as much as they used to because there just isnt as much fun in my life anymore everythings on survival mode, effectively the low that I troughed into over leaving what was the last of the good part of my life in Katherine has sustained its average, theres been some ups and some downs, I've tried to keep the ups for here.

I think you were wise not to get out of your car as I find people with weapons are often collectors so have more than one knife. Likewise moving twice to avoid a crazy person is a good idea, and you were there for your friend when they needed you and I'm sure they'll reach out if they need you to be a friend again.

    Dave,

I'm sorry to see you feeling down. Anytime you are in the area why not drop in - you know how to get here (you'll find the road is better now), just call or send a PM ahead to make sure I'm home.

A quick way to save $400.....($440 inc GST.)

When you call up with an electrical problem and you're asked to check the fuses, check the power lights, to then cycle the circuit breakers and the battery isolator switch and call back with what happens when you do that...

You should probably do as asked....

3 hrs I waited for the customer to turn up and on arrival I noticed that the battery isoloator switch was in the on position, which was horizontal, which was not as I installed the switch. Very carefully I rotated the Isoloator switch to the vertical Off position, watched everything light up as expected before removing and rotating the decal around the isolator, Off is now on, on is now off and everything is working.

For future reference, If you ever do an install and are asked to leave the stickers off so the customer can do their own paint and carpet, write in obnoxious brain damaginly flurescent paint, what the swithes do and their positions....

I could have been half way to a half days snowboarding.

    why $400, I waited 3 hours, its $100/hr and 4hr minimum.....

I probably should have expected it them being a non landrover customer and all, just not enough experience diagnosing lucas electricals to have the experience to fault find.
