I have been trying for nearly 10 years to build a nice big shed.
My first attempt on an acre block with only a house in it went around and around with council for two years, the next house just didn’t have a good spot , the current block has a perfect spot.
After a couple of months of jumping through hoops with council I have a planning permit.
I was about to sign up for a brand new 10x 8m she’d when this came up on Marketplace https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...f0e82c4bf6.jpg
10x 7.5m at 1/3 the price.
