.....Sydney Rock Oysters are sooooo tasty. I'd eat the first one anytime

Have had oysters off the rocks up North and they are really nice as well. But here we usually get Sydney rock oysters ....mmmm

...Bugger, we're having Moroccan Lamb curry for tea tonight

    ...Oysters would be nicer...

Well, I guess I could arrange a charter oyster flight up there for you. These plump little fellows are about 2 hours old, handpicked and absolutley delicious

Discopete lives about a couple of k or so from the place we were picking, he has all the luck!

Thanks for the offer for a Charter

My parents lived in Launceston many years ago and we got our fair share of great Tasmanian seafood when we visited them

Tried mutton bird as well....not sure I could take to the taste, different to anything I've had before.

We will have to be happy with collecting oysters from the clear waters of the Arafura Sea when we head up to Arnhem Land in a few months time

I would love to be up there. One of my customers was recently up there, and I plan to be going within the next 24 months, so be warned

The other three must have been the slow release version as they worked the next morming.
