I think you would find that any enforcement of that infringement would be very circumstantial. If a driver wasn't aware that the GPS in front of their noggin was causing a problem then they probably deserve to be navigated into the side of a train.
Perhaps if they bought back vehicles that actually had to be driven we would all be better off.

How does that sit with rego stickers? Also, QPWS issues permits for fraser that are huge...
