G'day All, Well Olive Drab I can sympathise with you, and some of the responses could have a positive effect for you and the wife, you never know, BUT I reckon without a doubt that I have the best wife in Oz, I have 7 restored Series Land Rovers (all ex-mil) and all on club plates + 3 trailers, now I'm trying to sweet talk her into letting me get a Inter

1) the landrovers are the best of both worlds...we love em but really they are a tractor with a body....DA DA!!!
2) Jewellery is something people squabble over after you die...so in the interests of harmony.....dont get her any....get her a nice warm jacket (it gets cold in a landy or a tractor at times) Some nice sunnies (its stop her eyes watering from dust/wind/rain...oh and sun!
3) remember the one thing my wife always tells me........"i know where you sleep, I know how you sleep and I know really well where the knife drawer is....."
