I've had 2 of them and thats it . My diet won't allow it and you can't lose fat or put on muscle eating crapola

my opinion only of course

you know whats worse? i got diagnosed with diabetes just as easter preperations started cranking up in earnest

and because the doc felt like being a ****, he told me to go on a diet too!

Seems to be the in-thing with the bakery/supermarket chains.

I used to work for Bakers Delight (those who don't know I'm a baker by profession before the lure of gyprocking and three times the money was a better way to carve out a living) for a time and glad I'm not in the trade when that bright idea was conceived . I haven't eaten a hot cross bun since I left the industry 7 years ago, we did so ****ing many of them daily they made me sick
