Thread: The reason why i have some tools in my Disco

Guys can I ask.. if a lot of you leave in free spool how do you stop the rope/wire working its way out. we have ours engaged and clipped on to the bullbar we dont have a wireless unit but do have a solid state solenoid sat behind the front guard near the headlight. I can't remember if we have a cut off switch if we dont we are getting one as we have one in the 90

I just have mine hooked onto the bull bar but it doesnt seem to work its way out at all.I just make sure when i wind it in thats its nice and tight as possible on the drum.
