well, back to the matter in hand.... Please trust me, and no need to learn the hard way. YOU CANNOT REMOVE BEES FROM CAVITIES, without killing them. I have tried a few times, and cried for weeks. The daleks know the answer....exterminate, exterminate. Experts do it best, don't muck around.

The classical solution would be to send in a mongoose.

[ame="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P3BfL7X1uU8"]YouTube - Mongoose Attacking an Asian Cobra (Britannica.com)[/ame]

Failing that, I've recent success with a huntsman.

Well, the boy put a wasp in the bugcatcher, and my wife added a huntsman, and the huntsman won.

For an entire hive you might require a team of huntsmen working in concert.

The other advantage of the huntsmen solution is their ability to enter through very small openings, the throat of the bugcatcher is less than 2cm across and the large huntsman has no trouble.

I'll leave you to acquire the orchestra of huntsmen.

So now you have a wall full of spiders.

I've heard that small snakes will deal with spiders, it will only take a few to get rid of the huntsmen.

A king cobra is rather territorial and will probably be willing to deal with the lesser snakes.

And now you need a mongoose.
