What’s the difference between School Mom Drivers and Hoons.

I was taking to a mate in Sydney this afternoon and in NSW, if you give someone a run at a set of traffic lights, it’s deemed as drag racing and the you can have your vehicle confiscated, but if your a School Mom, you can double park, set down and pickup in no standing zones, do U turns over double lines and the 40KPH School Zone Speed limit does not apply if your just passing that school to get to your own kids school.

How about confiscating these nutters vehicles under the same laws that are use to confiscate hoon vehicles.

Any opinions on whether it might work and ideas of how this could be promoted?

I think theres a difference between negligent driving and hooning with intent (if that makes sence). Doing burnouts up and down suburban streets, doing 180kph on a 70kph zone... thats where the danger really is. Although im not defending these others either, the law is there and all should be punished equally according to the offence.

While not saying they shouldn’t go after the hoons, negligent and selfish school moms have probably killed just as many innocent people as hoons have.

Can I also point out something I think is silly when the mums park up the always get the kids out of the car on the road side not the pavement! that really gives me the ****s....from a safety point of view.

Must be a NSW thing. I drive past two schools each day and have never seen any double parking etc. Pretty well behaved driving really.

Or perhaps Ferny Grove mums smoke too much weed so are just chillin' dude.

that dent really really nicely when they take off after the defender has passed them but the trailer hasnt...

which is then apparently my fault...

I just want it to be legal for me to savage the engine bay of the idiots that cant drive that make me spend hours panel beating, steering aligning, light replacing....

Cmon, Just once I want to be able to thermite their blocks preferabley while everyone watches as I get away with it scot free, Bonus happyness If I can pile all the electronic crud and makeup they keep doing when they should be driving.
