    My Daughter's Success

    My beautiful daughter has received her HSC results and ATAR - her ATAR was 98.65. She was dux of her school, apparently receives the premier's award, has been given early entry and a $4K scholarship to UNSW, and has won a scholarship at Sydney Uni of $6K per annum for the length of her course.

    There is only one person on this forum that really knows what this family has been through over the last 4 years. For her to have achieved such results is just unbelievable. I am gobsmacked, and so very proud of her. Well done Dominique, you have achieved greatness.

    I have a son who is very smart and did VCE last year and didn't come close to that

    I know of a yong lad who has just finished his HSC, and he played video games through most of the year. He's been moody as hell the last few days because his ATAR "wasn't what he wanted".

    He's consoling himself at the moment... by playing video games.

    Dominique didn't get the mark she wanted either.
